Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $80,000–$90,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month) .

• Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field

• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
