Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 annually + bonus opportunities

About the Opportunity

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Estimator to join a growing drywall construction team. This position is open due to business expansion and offers the opportunity to work closely with a long-tenured estimator while helping scale operations into new markets.

This is an on-site role based in Scottsdale, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is ready to contribute immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates for drywall projects across residential, commercial, and multifamily sectors
• Analyze blueprints and specifications to complete accurate material and labor takeoffs
• Utilize estimating software (On-Screen Takeoff) to prepare competitive bids
• Coordinate with internal support staff to manage bid submissions and documentation
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, and industry partners
• Proactively follow up on submitted bids and identify new project opportunities
• Contribute to growth efforts in expanding project types beyond residential work

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of estimating experience focused on drywall (10+ years strongly preferred)
• Background working on residential and/or commercial construction projects
• Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff (OST)
• Established relationships within the Arizona construction market
• Strong knowledge of drywall scope, pricing, and project execution

Work Environment & Schedule

• Flexible schedule within standard business hours (start times as early as 6:30 AM; no earlier than 6:00 AM)

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary ($90K–$110K)
