Description of the role:

  • The Home Care Administrator at Advacare Homecare is responsible for overseeing all aspects of home care services in Phoenix, AZ.

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and visionary Home Care Administrator to serve as the founding leader of our Arizona location. This is a unique opportunity for someone eager to build, develop, and lead a thriving home care operation from the ground up. You will be responsible for establishing systems, managing day-to-day operations, and cultivating a high-performing team. As the key leader, you will have ownership of your site, with substantial support and mentorship from the company. This role offers a competitive salary, bonus incentives, and significant growth potential as the business expands.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage home care staff, schedules, and client care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and families.
  • Lead the launch and ongoing management of the Arizona location, serving as the site's primary leader and developer.
  • Build, train, and motivate a team of caregivers and support staff as the company grows.
  • Establish and oversee administrative systems, client onboarding, and service delivery.
  • Manage scheduling, compliance, billing, and financial records.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, caregivers, healthcare partners, and the community.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure excellent service and operational efficiency.
  • Drive growth through marketing, outreach, and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Cultivate a positive, motivated work environment and encourage team development.
  • Take ownership of the site's success, with the support and mentorship of the company leadership team.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and operational improvements.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Experience in healthcare or home care preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in Arizona is a plus.
  • Proficiency with scheduling, billing, and office management tools is a plus.
  • Passionate about providing quality care and supporting vulnerable populations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a growth-oriented approach.
