About Us:

Team 4 Kids Pediatric Therapy is a family owned, locally run, leading pediatric therapy provider on the west side of the Phoenix valley. With 4 current clinics offering PT, OT, ST, ABA, Feeding, lactation and Myo services. We are currently growing to help cover our recently added 4th locations needs! Responsibilities:

• Day to day treatment includes individual treatment sessions in clinic and in home . Weekly department/ company meetings, as well as supervision meetings.

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or a GED equivalent and be able to provide picture copies

• Being Bilingual is not required but is preferred! Bilingual therapist's are unicorns and we WANT TO MEET YOU!

• Must be able to acquire an AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
