Job Summary:

We are seeking a RightFax/OpenText Fax Operations Consultant to support the ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and migration of RightFax legacy systems to RightFax Connect . This role is critical to ensuring reliable and secure faxing operations within a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support , troubleshooting , and operational maintenance for RightFax systems .

• Assist in the migration from RightFax Legacy to RightFax Connect .

• Monitor fax traffic and resolve delivery or configuration issues.

• Collaborate with internal technical teams and external vendors to resolve system incidents.

• Document operational procedures and contribute to system improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with RightFax operations , support, and troubleshooting.

• Proven ability to manage and maintain RightFax infrastructure in a production environment.

• Experience with RightFax Connect migration (preferred).

• Familiarity with enterprise messaging/faxing systems.

• Any experience with Faxcom is highly desirable but not required.

• Candidates must be willing to work hybrid from one of the listed locations.
