Warehouse Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 06:30am to 05:00pm )

• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and productivity
• Sustain a high level of physical activity throughout 11-hour shifts
• Walk 25,000+ steps per day at a steady, fast pace
• Remain on feet for extended periods while continuously moving throughout the shift
• Maintain focus, efficiency, and consistent performance in a warm warehouse setting
• Meet productivity goals and contribute to overall team success

Warehouse Associate Qualifications:

• Physically fit with strong stamina and endurance for long shifts
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution center, or similar environment preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Highly focused, self-motivated, and able to stay on task with limited distractions
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining a steady work rhythm
• Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting performance expectations
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, physically demanding environment
