As a **Security Professional - Aero/Defense Patrol - Security Clearance** in **Gilbert, AZ** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent aerospace and defense location, you will actively monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and/or responding to emergency situations as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and around the perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential risks.
+ Monitor for unusual activity and report observations according to established protocols.
+ Assist with access control by verifying credentials and helping to maintain authorized entry points.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or contractors as needed.
+ Complete required documentation and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner.
+ Support Allied Universal and client representatives in implementing site-specific rules and/or procedures.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
+ An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
+ A Guard Card or license is preferred.
+ Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
