Fast growing commercial roof company is looking for entry level roof laborers.

Ideal candidate:

• Will be a team player
• Interested in learning and able to follow directions
• Possess common sense.
• Enjoys being outside
• Not afraid of heights
• Be able to lift and carry 50+ pounds repetitively all day
• Climb a ladder
• Willing to get dirty
• A valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

This is a physically demanding job, that typically starts early. Hard Work is a MUST!

Some Construction Experience preferred, but not required! We will train the right candidate!

*Benefits available after waiting period. We pay weekly.

Ideal Candidate:

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism.
• OSHA 10 Certified and Fall Protection/PPE Certified – we offer training opportunities.
• Proficiency with smartphones and computers preferred.
• Ability to work in a high-stress environment and meet high expectations.
• Demonstrated commitment to self-improvement and continuous learning.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Skills and Requirements:

• Physical Ability: Must be capable of performing rigorous roofing tasks and working long hours outdoors.
• Construction & Roofing Experience : Minimum 1-2 years in roofing or related construction fields.
• Driver’s License Required: Must be approved as a fleet truck driver to access higher pay within this range.
• Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Bilingual (Preferred): Proficiency in Spanish and English is advantageous.
