Responsibilities:
- Construct and repair roofs using various materials (wood, asphalt, TPO, etc.).
- Ensure projects are completed on time.
- Inspect roofs, estimate costs, and provide repair solutions.
- Remove debris and prepare surfaces for new materials.
- Apply insulation, vapor barriers, and set up ventilation.
- Use hand tools and equipment safely.
- Follow safety protocols rigorously.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a roofer or similar construction role.
- Strong carpentry skills.
- Proficient with various hand tools and safety measures.
- Physical endurance and good balance.
- Ability to work at heights for long hours.
- Apprenticeship or relevant license is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
