Now Hiring: Bilingual Production Operator Lead (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Phoenix , AZ
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM Start | 4/10s Schedule | Friday Overtime as Needed
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (Eligible for permanent hire after 480 hours based on attendance and performance)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Bilingual Production Operator Line Lead (English/Spanish) to join a growing manufacturing team of Foam Products! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity- candidates who demonstrate strong performance, attendance, and teamwork will be considered for a full-time permanent position after 480 hours worked .

As a Production Operator Line Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the production line, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and train new team members on the production line
• Understand and coordinate each step of the assembly process
• Troubleshoot minor machine and equipment issues
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures
• Serve as backup Supervisor when needed
• Assist across different roles on the production line
• Communicate with team members and management to resolve issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and SOPs

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required)
• 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs. repeatedly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and grip throughout a 10-hour shift
• Willing to work overtime and flexible hours as needed
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is a plus
• Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk up to 10 hours per shift
• Frequent bending, twisting, lifting (floor to waist & waist to shoulder)
• Ability to hear and see clearly in a manufacturing environment
