Document Scanning & Data Entry Associate (2nd Shift)

We are seeking a Warehouse Document Scanning & Data Entry Associate (2nd Shift) to join a growing team in Mesa, AZ with $17.08/hour pay for a 3-month contract with a potential for permanent hire . Schedule : 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM, overtime or evening shift may be required depending on assignment

Note : Repetitious, opening and sorting mail, and preparing it for scanning into a high-speed scanner, and alpha and numeric keying proficiency 

Job Summary

There are four main components to the position. There are opportunities for rotating staff among these components either on different days or during the duration of the shift.

1. Scanning - Prepped cartons are moved (one at a time) to scanner positions. The employee loads sheets into one of various types of scanners for processing and returns sheets to the box in the same order as received. Depending on the source material, sheets may be fed into scanners one at a time or in small batches. This is primarily a seated task but feeding scanners may be while standing,

2. Quality - Confirms accuracy of scanned documents.

3. Release/Index - Documentation of files and release of scanned material to customer.

Experience Required

• No degree required
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and data entry skills
• Must be able to pass the typing test.
• Comfortable with computers and keyboard-based tasks
• Ability to stay focused on repetitive work
• Able to lift and move cartons or document boxes as needed
• Willingness to rotate tasks during the shift
• Prior experience with data entry, scanning equipment or document processing is a plus
