We are currently conducting a search for a Manager of Surgical Services role within a well-established healthcare organization. The team is under the guidance of a Director whom we have had the privilege of placing. This Director has proven to be an exceptional leader, successfully rebuilding the OR structure, and paving the way for the team's success.

Here are some key highlights of this opportunity:

• This role presents a unique opportunity to be a part of a newly formed yet robust team, offering a clear path for personal and professional growth.
• 10 direct reports including Coordinators, Charge Nurses, and a Supervisor
• Cutting-edge operating rooms, with room for growth
• 45-60 cases a day with a robust Robotics program
• Large GI Suite, Outpatient Surgery Center
• PACU, Several Pain Suites
• Specialized Surgical Suites: Cardiovascular Hybrid, Neuro, Robotics
• Recognitions: "A" safety rating, Chest Pain Center, Bariatric Accreditation, and more

Requirements :

• RN and Bachelor's required, Master's preferred
• Minimum 3 years of OR leadership in a similar-sized environment
• Specialty certification (preferred)
