Marketing Pro - Marketing Campaign + Social Media Management
Main Objective
We are looking for a marketing connoisseur to build marketing funnels and campaigns to help us build a presence in the community and to generate revenue! The Director of Marketing will be responsible for driving growth to our various businesses.
This role focuses on creating and executing strategic marketing campaigns via social media, direct mail and electronic means (phone/sms/email) to expand our presence in the industries in which we operate. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, persuasive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The ideal candidate:
- must be able to learn the businesses, create a plan (with my involvement) and execute while generating results and revenue! great at creating marketing collateral that catches eyes!
- is an expert in creating, email, sms, phone call and direct mail campaigns utilizing technology while monitoring and pivoting, as needed to ensure maximum results.
- is a social media master who can grow a following and loves to post content that gets engagement and generates revenue.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing our existing systems, develop and implement a comprehensive marketing calendar across email, phone, text, and social media channels to engage real estate agents and prospective landlords.
- Track all leads, interactions, and conversions in our CRM (GoHighLevel) to maintain a clear pipeline and monitor referral sources.
- Actively network with real estate agents to encourage referrals of property management clients to our company.
- Engage prospective landlords through targeted outreach (calls, texts, emails) to convert them into clients.
- Attend industry networking events to build relationships and promote our services.
- Monitor and participate in relevant Facebook groups to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize results.
Requirements:
- Not afraid to pick up the phone and be VERY comfortable cold calling and making outbound contact with prospective referral sources and clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Apps (Email/Calendar).
- Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred) for lead tracking and pipeline management.
- Reliable transportation as driving throughout the valley to various properties will be required.

- Social Media Management
- Manage and grow social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) with daily content aligned with the marketing calendar.
- Create and manage targeted Facebook ads for niche landing pages to attract real estate agents and landlords.
- Post engaging content on social media platforms and blog sites to enhance brand awareness.
- Develop mini Facebook ad campaigns to drive lead generation.
- Graphic Design
- Design company-branded print marketing collateral (e.g., flyers, brochures) for campaigns and networking events.
- Create digital marketing content for social media, email campaigns, and websites.
- Draft and distribute a monthly e-newsletter to engage prospects and clients.
- Website Development and Enhancement
- Use WordPress to add and edit website pages, including landing pages for marketing campaigns.
- Fix content errors and optimize existing website content for SEO and user engagement.
- Write compelling “blurbs” and set up shortcodes for landing pages to drive conversions.
Tools and Systems Utilized
- GoHighLevel: CRM for lead tracking and pipeline management.
- Microsoft Hosted Exchange: Email and calendar management.
- Google Apps: Email and calendar integration.
- Canva + Adobe Creative Suite: Graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- WordPress: Website content management and landing page creation.
Work Environment
- Based in our Scottsdale office (64th Street + McDowell) with the flexibility for hybrid or home-based work as needed.
- Commission-based compensation plan with significant earning potential. Earning potential ranges - $150,000 average, $250,000 on target, $390,000 for a superstar!
