You will bejoining the team that designs, builds, and scales machine learning systems powering personalization and customer engagement atlarge scale. This isanopportunity towork onproduction-ready MLpipelines, real-time decision-making systems, and experimentation frameworks that directly impact millions ofusers.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Developing pipelines that transform behavioral, demographic, and contextual data into real-time features.
• Designing APIs and services for low-latency prediction and decision-making.
• Implementing frameworks for A/B testing, exploration/exploitation strategies, and model evaluation.
• Working closely with product and engineering teams tobalance engagement, business value, and compliance.
• Establishing monitoring, logging, and retraining workflows tocontinuously validate and improve models.

What weexpect from you:

• 5+years ofappliedML engineering experience (recommendation systems, personalization, ranking, orads).
• Strong background inPython and/or Go, SQL, andML frameworks such asTensorFlow orPyTorch.
• Experience deploying real-time MLsystems (low-latency serving, feature stores, event-driven architectures).
• Familiarity with cloudML platforms (Vertex AI, SageMaker, orsimilar).
• Experience with data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
• Understanding ofmulti-objective optimization and trade-offs inpersonalization.
• Ability tothrive inafast-paced, startup-style environment

Will beaplus:

• Experience inmartech, adtech, CRM, orlarge-scale consumer personalization.
• Exposure tobandit algorithms orreinforcement learning.
• Prior work onsystems serving millions ofusers atscale.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
