Marketing Assistant
Role Overview: The Marketing Assistant will support the execution of marketing initiatives across events, partnerships, social media, and retail. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented team player who enjoys both behind-the-scenes coordination and on-the-ground event support. With a balance of office-based work and field responsibilities, the Marketing Assistant ensures campaigns, events, and content run seamlessly. This is a full-time role based in our home office with standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM with occasional weekend and evening work required for marketing events. What You’ll Do:
- Plan & Execute Events – Support open houses, pop-ups, charity classes, and community partnerships, including logistics, swag, on-site setup, and KPI tracking.
- Drive Social Media & Content – Capture and schedule content, support shoots, manage engagement, and assist with influencer and ambassador partnerships.
- Support Marketing Campaigns – Maintain content calendars, schedule email campaigns, and ensure collateral and assets are ready for studio and training events.
- Assist with Retail Operations – Prep, track, and distribute retail inventory while supporting content shoots and inter-studio transfers.
- A creative eye for storytelling and content that connects with a wide range of demographics.
- A hands-on, can-do attitude with the flexibility to jump in wherever needed.
- Strong organizational skills to keep events, campaigns, and projects organized & running smoothly.
- Passion for community, wellness, and building connections that reflect our brand values.
- Experience: 1–2 years of marketing, social media, or event coordination experience (internships or part-time roles included).
- Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook); basic content editing skills a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative, flexible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, growing company environment.
- Availability: Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends for events.
