Block Mold Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 04:00am to 02:30pm )

• Operate Block Mold and related manufacturing equipment following standard operating procedures.
• Verify equipment setup prior to the start of each production run.
• Start up, operate, monitor, and shut down equipment safely and efficiently.
• Review and verify work orders to ensure correct materials, density, weight, size, and shape are produced within quality tolerances.
• Monitor the molding process to ensure proper fusion and product integrity.
• Record and maintain accurate production and quality data.
• Label finished blocks with required identification and tracking information.
• Cut blocks to specified dimensions as required.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors to ensure a clear understanding of daily and weekly production schedules.
• Maintain above-average knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment operation, safety requirements, and departmental procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.

Block Mold Operator Qualifications:

• Previous machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift certification or experience.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet productivity standards.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience reading and monitoring gauges and equipment controls.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Schedule flexibility, including the ability to work overtime and varying shifts.
• Comfortable working at heights, including climbing ladders and operating boom lifts.
• Must wear steel-toed boots
