Program Manager

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager. This is a ten-month contract assignment based in Phoenix, AZ. Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead multiple interrelated projects that support a common strategic goal. This role will focus on driving stabilization and integration initiatives related to recent Environmental Solutions acquisitions. The Program Manager will provide overarching leadership, coordination, and stakeholder alignment to ensure projects progress cohesively and deliver successful outcomes. Key Duties: Program Leadership & Strategy:

• Lead and coordinate multiple cross functional projects within a larger program framework
• Align program objectives with broader business goals and priorities
• Partner with business and technology leaders to define roadmaps, dependencies, and success metrics

• Engage and influence stakeholders across business units and executive teams
• Facilitate collaboration among diverse teams to ensure cohesive delivery
• Translate complex program details into clear communication for both technical and executive audiences

• Drive adoption of new technologies and processes across teams
• Assess organizational impacts and oversee training/change readiness activities

• Manage complex, cross-functional IT program portfolios using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and traditional methodologies
• Oversee risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution
• Flex seamlessly between detailed project tracking and strategic, executive-level program reporting

• Manage budgets and resources for programs valued at $2M+
• Ensure optimal allocation of people, timelines, and financial investments
• Communicate effectively with technical teams to support solution delivery
• Experience driving organizational change and adoption of new processes or technologies
• Technical understanding sufficient to collaborate with IT teams
• Demonstrated success leading large, multi-project IT programs
• Skilled in stakeholder management and executive communication
• Strong strategic thinking and prioritization capabilities
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe frameworks
• Strong risk management, financial oversight, and planning skills
• Ability to operate effectively at both project and program leadership levels

• PMP or equivalent professional certification
• Vendor management and RFP experience
• Experience working with systems integrator (SI) partners
• Experience with Clarity PPM
• Industry-related domain knowledge
• Strong executive presence
