Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to brand standards
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock room amenities and supplies
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and maintain the cleanliness of all assigned areas
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to management
• Respond to guest requests for additional supplies or services in a timely manner
• Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
• Maintain housekeeping cart and storage areas in a neat and organized manner

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a guest-first attitude
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
