Desktop Support Tech
:
The Information Systems Desktop Support Technician is responsible for installation, integration, of hardware (PC, network and telecommunications), software and applications at White Mountain Regional Medical Center (WMRMC). Through collaboration with all members of the health-care team, strives to support a patient centered culture and gain knowledge and skills to further the practice of the quality of patient services provided at WMRMC. Under the direction of the Director of Information Systems, applies understanding and knowledge of information systems products and services to provide technical software, hardware, and network problem resolution. Required Education: - High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must possess a basic knowledge of computer,
network, and telecommunications devices - 1-year experience in Tier I or higher desktop and
network administration/support; vendor or consultant experience may be appropriate Preferred Education and Experience: - Associates Degree in Computer Sciences
- Exposure to hospital operations
