Job Overview: We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Tucson, Arizona to join our team and provide professional counseling services to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with developmental disabilities, adults and geriatric, in an outpatient clinic environment.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions

- Develop treatment plans based on clients' needs

- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques such as motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, behavioral therapy, psychotherapy, and art therapy

- Provide patient care with empathy and understanding

- Offer support and guidance to clients facing mental health challenges - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

- Must hold a valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker

- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, adults, and geriatrics is preferred

- Proficiency in conducting individual and group counseling sessions

- Strong understanding of therapeutic approaches

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
