Weekend Office Manager
: Summary We're looking for someone who is responsible, organized has perfect attendance and can work weekends, Saturdays 6:30AM-5:30PM Our preschool and after school center focuses on teamwork, fun, and collaboration in an overall close-knit community. The number one priority of our school is the safety and happiness of our students and staff. You will be supported by our leadership team. Duties Responsibilities include: Managing attendance using our software Building positive relationships with students and parents, communicating when issues arise Preparing lunch for students Cleaning the office and maintaining bathrooms Requirements Must haves: Hard work ethic, Reliability, and Dependability Fingerprint Clearance Card High School Diploma Food Handlers Card At least 1 year experience of working with children in a formal setting About Us
