The Manager Assistant will report directly to the Vice President, Site Reliability Engineering & Application Support, serving as a strategic partner and operational lead across the organization. This role functions as a Chief of Staff to the VP, driving alignment, execution discipline, and leadership team effectiveness.
This is a high-visibility opportunity for a driven program or operations professional to operate at scale within a fast-paced technology environment, directly influencing reliability strategy, execution rigor, and organizational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities include:
Partner with the VP and leadership team to define, document, and communicate strategic priorities that shape the organization’s mission, operating model, and delivery outcomes
Translate team objectives into actionable roadmaps, track performance against goals, and provide regular, data-driven updates to leadership
Establish and manage the leadership team’s operating cadence, including planning cycles, business reviews, scorecards, and executive reporting; ensure disciplined follow-through on decisions, commitments, and cross-functional deliverables
Host and facilitate leadership forums and organizational meetings; develop agendas, capture minutes, track action items, and drive accountability to closure
Develop content and materials for key meetings, Town Halls, workshops, engagement events, and senior leadership site visits; draft executive communications on behalf of SRE & Application Support
Collect and consolidate deliverables across the organization to ensure cohesive and timely executive reporting
Support annual enterprise processes, including talent assessments, performance reviews, workforce planning, financials and business planning; partner with leadership to mitigate hiring cycle latency and workforce system updates (e.g., MyInfo changes)
Build strong relationships across the organization to understand team sentiment, assess engagement and organizational health, and propose actionable recommendations to improve effectiveness
Take on stretch assignments aligned to strategic priorities, including leadership offsites, strategic working groups, and operational planning initiatives

Excellent organization and planning skills
Strategic thinker known for delivering creative, outside-the-box solutions.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to understand complex budgets and ensure accurate forecasting and cost control
Ability to influence a community of leaders and colleagues, including peer groups, to reach common goals
Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor complex messages to various audiences from colleagues to executives with brevity, simplicity and impact
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines while maintaining strategic perspective of the bigger picture
Solid business acumen and understanding of how large matrixed organizations operate
Ability to balance attention to detail and accuracy while prioritizing continuous requests
Versatile multitasker with creative problem-solving skills
Strong sense of integrity with ability to handle highly sensitive issues and maintain complete confidentiality
A demonstrated self-starter with working knowledge of project management and process improvement who can lead projects with autonomy
Eager to lead, as well as follow, and receive feedback with an outlook toward team success and growth
Ability to build strong relationships and trust through proactive collaboration, transparency, and delivering on commitments
Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Prior experience in Technology is preferred
Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits
