Requirements:

#Role Summary

*In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the flow of production by coordinating, moving, tracking, and reporting on materials throughout the facility. You will be monitoring work in process, resolving material discrepancies, coordinating priorities with multiple departments, and maintaining accurate inventory and system documentation. You will support production operations under close supervision while ensuring materials are available to meet schedule demands.

#Education & Job Requirements

#Must have:
* A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* The ability to operate a forklift upon completion of employer-provided training.
* Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
* Experience using SQL and familiarity with Tableau or other data modeling tools.
* The ability to communicate material and part status using automated systems and manual reporting methods.
* The ability to analyze and resolve material discrepancies to maintain inventory and system accuracy.

#Preferred Skills

#You will have:
* The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize, expedite, and complete production activities.
* Experience supporting production environments within light industrial or manufacturing operations.

#Job Duties & Functions

#You will:
* Process and move production materials and other items into and out of storage, production areas, and designated locations to support production flow.
* Monitor work in process and report material status to ensure parts availability.
* Communicate material conditions using both automated systems and manual reporting methods.
* Analyze issues, identify discrepancies, and resolve or reconcile material problems to maintain accurate inventory records.
* Coordinate with internal teams to establish priorities and expedite production tasks to prevent delays.
* Support production operations under close supervision.
* Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

#You will:
* Be able to lift a minimum of 35 pounds.
* Be able to remain on your feet for extended periods.
