The Role:

• Focus on event ticket sales and enrollment of business owners and entrepreneurs into the business events, summits, and bootcamps.
• Engage warm leads, qualify potential clients, and close deals.
• Making high-volume outbound dials daily using an auto dialer.
• Manage your pipeline using company CRM (Hubspot) and end-of-day reporting/ KPI tracking.
• Daily role-play sessions and consistent feedback to build a bulletproof sales skill set.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has 6+ months of experience in a high-volume sales role and is comfortable with a high-energy environment.
• Comfortable selling B2B or speaking to business owners.
• Completion of sales training programs or mentorship is preferred.
• Ability to receive feedback and implement it consistently.
• Thrives in a fast-paced and high-energy culture

Compensation:

• On target earnings between $180k-$250k/year+, including a $36k base + uncapped commissions.
• Year 2 earnings potential: $300K+ OTE
