Bumble Bee Home Services is seeking an experienced and skilled Plumbing Install Lead to oversee and execute residential plumbing installation projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing installations, ensuring quality workmanship, leading a team of installers, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the installation of residential plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, appliances, and related components.
• Plan and organize installation projects, ensuring efficient use of time, materials, and labor.
• Supervise and mentor team members, including Install Helpers, to ensure high-quality work and safety compliance.
• Perform diagnostics and problem-solving to address installation challenges on-site.
• Communicate with customers to explain project details, answer questions, and provide updates as needed.
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, materials used, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with the Installation Manager and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during installations or post-installation follow-ups.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential plumbing installations.
• Proven experience leading a team or managing installation projects.

Skills & Competencies

• Expertise in residential plumbing systems, materials, and tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and plumbing schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Clean driving record required

Working Conditions

• Work is performed on residential job sites, including new construction and renovation projects.
• May require lifting heavy objects, standing, kneeling, or working in confined spaces.
• Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on project timelines.
