LUMOS Receptionist
: Basic Function Responsible for managing the front desk, including greeting visitors and answering incoming phone calls. Perform various clerical duties, schedule tours and meetings. Provide support for students needs. Responsibilities 1. Answer telephone systems ensuring accurate messages and treat all customers with excellent customer service. This includes supporting student/guardian needs in the process of getting required records/documents. 2. Monitor surveillance systems and act as gatekeeper to incoming visitors. 3. Meet all reporting requirements including attendance and voxer alerts. 4. Field questions, concerns, complaints, student issues( including triage), and technology issues. Communicate with Principal/Vice-Principal and appropriate department lead/Grad Solutions as required on these items. 5. Create and publish necessary communication emails and documents via Google Drive. 6. Effectively communicate with colleagues, students, and parents 7. Attend departmental and All Staff meetings/events as scheduled. 8. Perform other related duties as assigned. Or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above. Must be CPR and 1st Aide certified. You are required to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card. Experience Prior administrative and school experience required. Or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge; skills and abilities.
