Planning and Management:
- Develop strategies and procedures to improve the efficiency and quality of healthcare services.
Financial Oversight:
- Manage budgets, oversee financial performance, and handle fiscal responsibilities for the facility or department.
Operational Oversight:
- Ensure that the day-to-day operations of the facility run smoothly and efficiently.
Staff Management:
- Oversee and manage healthcare staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and laws, including HIPAA.
Patient Relations:
- Act as a liaison between patients and staff to resolve concerns and improve patient experience.
