Maryvale Family Practice Group in Phoenix, AZ is looking for full time and part time 20-40 hours a week for front medical office desk agent. We are located on 4700 N 51st Ave Suite 6. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable. Must be bilingual and fluent with excellent writing and communication skills in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings as needed
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
Qualifications
- Must have strong communication skills English /Spanish
- Proven experience working as medical front desk agent or similar position
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
- Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
- Time-management and organizational skills
- Within 10 miles distance from the clinic location
