Job Title: Equipment Coordinator

Location (city, state): Phoenix, AZ

Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 3+ months of experience in healthcare, hospitality, or senior living environments
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, transporting, and stocking equipment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Job Description:

The Equipment Coordinator ensures patient care areas are supported with clean, stocked, and properly maintained equipment. This role is critical to maintaining an efficient healthcare environment, supporting patient safety, and assisting staff with equipment needs.

Industry: Healthcare

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm (40 hours per week) (times may vary depending on business needs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize patient care equipment in compliance with established safety standards
• Restock and maintain equipment rooms to required inventory levels
• Transport equipment and supplies across various patient care areas
• Conduct routine inventory checks to ensure availability of necessary items
• Report equipment or supply issues to management promptly
• Support other departments as needed and assist with general equipment management
• Participate in training programs to maintain compliance and skills
