Accounts Receivable Coordinator (Hybrid)

Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys solving problems and working with customers? We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our growing team. This hybrid opportunity offers a collaborative work environment with flexibility after training.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Training: First 1–2 weeks are fully onsite
• Hybrid Schedule: After training, work 3 days onsite and 2 days remotely
• Once converted to a full-time employee, there may be the opportunity for an additional remote workday based on performance and business needs.

What You'll Do

• Process customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Record and post customer payments, checks, and other transactions.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding account status and payment inquiries.
• Answer incoming phone calls with excellent customer service.
• Support the accounting team with administrative and project-based assignments.
• Assist with backup responsibilities across the accounting department as needed.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous accounting or accounts receivable experience required.
• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and investigative mindset.
