GCON is looking for a Business Technology & Administrative Partner for a high-impact, high-visibility role that blends strategic advisory, operational excellence, and technology fluency. This role will work side-by-side with the Strategic Leadership Team (SLT) as a trusted thought partner, connecting people, ideas, and data to accelerate critical business decisions. Through documenting and refining processes, optimizing technology tools, executing major company events, and evaluating the viability of strategic initiatives, your work will extend the influence of GCON’s leadership both internally and externally, ensuring alignment with our values, culture, and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Partnership & Strategic Support

  • Serve as a right hand to the SLT, ensuring alignment and execution on top business priorities.
  • Manage complex multi-time-zone scheduling and prepare high-quality briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups.
  • Participate in strategic discussions, capture insights, and support informed decision-making.
  • Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.

Technology & Data Enablement

  • Maintain and optimize tools like Domo dashboards, Unanet CRM, and other operational systems.
  • Research and recommend new technologies to increase efficiency.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless data flow and collaboration.

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement

  • Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and playbooks for scalability and consistency.
  • Identify and close operational gaps to drive efficiency.
  • Oversee Supplier Report Card quarterly reporting and other key performance tracking.

Event & Engagement Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end planning for internal and external events, from client summits to leadership offsites.
  • Manage vendor relationships, budgets, logistics, and cultural alignment for every event.
  • Champion GCON’s culture by organizing team-building initiatives and community outreach in collaboration with Marketing and Business Development.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in senior-level administrative, project management, or chief-of-staff-type roles.
  • Strong cultural competence and alignment with GCON’s values.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and modern collaboration platforms.

Preferred:

  • Experience as a Chief of Staff or executive strategic partner.
  • Familiarity with CMIC, Domo, and Unanet.
