Job Responsibilities:

· Oversee incoming electronic payment activity and ensure accurate allocation of funds across customer accounts, projects, and internal financial records

· Manage payment-related compliance requirements involving joint checks, supporting documentation, and lien waiver coordination as funding is received

· Act as a key point of communication for payment status updates, partnering with operational and accounting teams to provide visibility into cleared transactions and project milestones

· Research and resolve payment variances, credit balances, and remittance discrepancies by working cross-functionally to identify root causes and recommend next steps

· Partner with treasury and finance leadership on banking operations, including fraud-prevention processes, payment coordination, account verification, and release approvals

· Contribute to monthly close activities through reconciliation support and validation of banking and cash-related transactions

· Drive process consistency through detailed recordkeeping, documentation management, workflow enhancement initiatives, and participation in system and operational improvement efforts

Requirements:

· 3+ years of experience in the construction industry

· Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)

Preferred:

· Experience with Oracle Fusion and Sage
