The dress code for this role is Business Casual, blending a polished front-office look with industry practicality. Ideal attire includes professional tops like blouses, polos, or button-downs paired with khakis, trousers, or neat, dark-wash jeans free of rips. Because you will be interacting with field superintendents coming in from active restoration sites, footwear must be closed-toe and sensible-such as flats, loafers, or clean sneakers-while athletic wear, flip-flops, and overly casual graphic tees should be avoided.
