Quality and Compliance Supervisor POST NUMBER: 480475

Vaco Arizona is hiring a Quality & Compliance Supervisor for a leading organization in Mesa. This hybrid role offers up to $100,000 annually and is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and ensuring organizational compliance at a high level.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the Quality and Compliance team through coaching, guidance, and daily oversight

  • Train and onboard new employees to ensure understanding of compliance expectations

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations

  • Coordinate audits, reviews, and compliance investigations

  • Collaborate with leadership and cross?functional teams to resolve compliance issues

  • Monitor quality assurance programs and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Assist with corrective action plans and follow up on findings

  • Track and investigate complaints, incidents, and compliance concerns

  • Help develop and update policies, procedures, and internal controls

  • Create reports and track key compliance metrics

  • Present compliance updates, risks, and findings to leadership

  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast?paced environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance and auditing
