About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Volumetric Concrete Truck Driver to join our growing operations team. This position requires experience with operating volumetric concrete mixer trucks and a strong background in both driving and mixing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain a volumetric concrete truck in accordance with company and DOT regulations
- Safely drive and deliver concrete to job sites throughout southern Arizona
- Prepare and mix concrete on-site to customer specifications
- Perform routine truck inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Assist with loading materials and keeping work area clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL Class A license (required)
- Minimum 1–2 years experience operating a volumetric mixer truck or concrete mixing truck required
- Solid knowledge of concrete mixing processes and volumetric mixing technology
- Clean driving record and strong safety track record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
Preferred Traits:
- Mechanically inclined and capable of performing minor truck maintenance
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Familiarity with GPS routing systems and dispatch software

Pay: $21.75 - $26.19 per hour
