Strategic Account Specialist - Tempe! POST NUMBER: 475235

Vaco Arizona is hiring a Strategic Account Specialist for a top company located in Tempe, AZ. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a hybrid work schedule, combining both in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. The position offers a competitive salary of up to $65,000 per year, along with bonus eligibility based on performance and company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth across existing accounts and product lines
  • Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities with current customers
  • Support and guide Sales Support Specialists as needed
  • Review and ensure accuracy of customer documents in SugarCRM
  • Engage customers to answer questions and upsell additional products
  • Partner with the field sales team to support revenue targets
  • Run reports and track data using SugarCRM and other tools
  • Submit weekly updates to management
  • Deliver strong customer service with timely follow-through
  • Identify and resolve customer issues proactively

Required:

  • SAP experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related business or sales field preferred
  • 2 years of proven sales and/or sales support experience
