Qualifications and responsibilities for this Superintendent (Solar Installation) position include:- Minimum 5 years of construction supervision experience, including 2 years focused on solar PV/electrical work- High school diploma required; technical training or degree preferred- OSHA 30-Hour certification required; First Aid/CPR and NABCEP PV Installation Professional preferred- Proficiency in Procore, Buildertrend, and MS Office- Supervise all phases of solar PV installation including site prep, racking, modules, electrical work, and battery storage- Ensure all work meets quality standards, NEC codes, and school district requirements- Oversee project safety, logistics, scheduling, and stakeholder communications- Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and ensure smooth project commissioningSalary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
