Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What you’ll bring:

• Active Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility) to practice in the state
• Previous experience or comfort working within a school-based setting
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Strong organizational skills and collaborative mindset
• Proficient communication with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment

What your days will look like:

• Conducting assessments and evaluating students’ functional abilities
• Collaborating with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success
• Delivering direct and consultative OT services based on students’ IEP goals
• Adapting materials and activities to meet diverse student needs
• Monitoring progress, documenting services, and participating in IEP meetings
• Advocating for student needs and promoting independence in the school setting
