Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What you’ll bring:
- Active Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility) to practice in the state
- Previous experience or comfort working within a school-based setting
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Strong organizational skills and collaborative mindset
- Proficient communication with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
What your days will look like:
- Conducting assessments and evaluating students’ functional abilities
- Collaborating with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success
- Delivering direct and consultative OT services based on students’ IEP goals
- Adapting materials and activities to meet diverse student needs
- Monitoring progress, documenting services, and participating in IEP meetings
- Advocating for student needs and promoting independence in the school setting
