Position: Full-Time / Part-Time Carz R Us LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative who is fluent in Spanish and English to join our team. This is a 100% commission-based position with high earning potential for driven individuals. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Explain vehicle features and financing options
- Follow dealership policies and procedures
- Make sales lead calls
- Post vehicles on social media platforms
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Assist with re-organizing vehicles on the lot
- Assist with receiving new incoming vehicles
- Assist with moving cars to and from service location
- Previous auto sales experience preferred
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Self-motivated and results-driven
