CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICIATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in special education or a related field.
* AZ Teacher certification with Math endorsement.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY:
* Prior experience in special education or teaching, especially at the high school level.
* Familiarity with IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act) and Arizona state laws related to special education.
* Understanding of various disabilities and how they impact learning and behavior.
* Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for students with disabilities, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
* Provide specialized instruction in math and other subjects, using evidence-based strategies tailored to students' individual needs.
* Conduct assessments to evaluate students' academic progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
* Implement behavioral intervention plans (BIPs) for students exhibiting challenging behaviors.
* Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress, IEP meetings, and assessments.
