Facilities Maintenance Coordinator
- Perform routine repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, mechanical, etc.).
- Maintain safety systems, including fire alarms, extinguishers, emergency lighting, and fleet vehicles.
- Complete and track work orders using maintenance software.
- Support housing, clinical, and operational teams with facility needs.
- Assist with groundskeeping, meeting room setup, and organizational events.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality, cost-effective work.
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency facility needs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (vocational training a plus).
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- General knowledge of fleet management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Valid Driver’s License. No SR22 Restrictions.
- This position is classified as a Safety Sensitive position.
- Preferred: OSHA certification, HVAC/electrical/plumbing trade licenses.
