Engineer machine learning

CTG is seeking to fill an Engineer II - Machine Learning position for our client.

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: Ongoing contract

Duties:

• Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models to support business objectives.

• Collect, preprocess, and analyze data from SQL and NoSQL sources.

• Build and maintain data pipelines and APIs for model integration.

• Monitor model performance and optimize for accuracy and efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable ML solutions.

Skills:

• Python, SQL, NoSQL

• Machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

• API development and integration

• Data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

Experience:

• 2-5 years in machine learning, data science, or related engineering roles

• Hands-on experience with ML deployment, relational/NoSQL databases, and RESTful APIs

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

• Master's degree preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
