Personal Chef
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Personal Chef to support a structured executive household in Phoenix.
This is a long-term, in-home role designed to create a consistent, high-quality meal system that supports performance, health, and a calm household rhythm.
This is not a restaurant position. It is an opportunity to work independently, build trusted relationships, and create meaningful impact through food.
Responsibilities:Design and execute weekly meal plans (high-protein, whole-food, minimally processed)
Prepare healthy weekday dinners and ready-to-go lunches
Manage grocery sourcing and ingredient quality
Maintain an organized, efficient kitchen environment
Leave the kitchen in excellent condition after each service
3+ years professional culinary experience (private chef experience preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable working independently
Professional, discreet, and calm
Interested in long-term alignment rather than event-only work
Schedule: 2–4 consistent days per week
Compensation: $45–$60 per hour depending on experience
Immediate start preferred.
