Legal Administrative Assistant
Job Title: Hybrid Legal Administrative Assistant (Trust & Estates)
Location (city, state): Phoenix, AZ
Compensation : $38.00 - $43.00 / hour | Conversion salary target of $80,000-$90,000 annually
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Legal Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar professional support role
- Prior experience supporting attorneys or senior-level professionals in a legal environment preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong grammar, proofreading, and formatting abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Adobe, DocuSign, or document management platforms preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a Hybrid Legal Administrative Assistant opportunity supporting a busy Trust & Estates practice. This role is ideal for a polished and detail-oriented administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys providing high-level support to attorneys and clients.
The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining daily operations, managing communications, coordinating schedules, and assisting with legal documentation and client interactions. This position offers a mix of administrative responsibilities and legal support duties within a collaborative office setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys within the Trust & Estates practice
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and conference scheduling
- Coordinate client communications via phone, email, and virtual platforms
- Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documents, correspondence, and client files
- Assist with document processing, filing, and records management
- Support billing follow-up and general administrative workflows
- Welcome clients and visitors while maintaining a professional office experience
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Assist with additional office and administrative projects as needed
