Virtual Survey Program Representative
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Survey Program Representative to conduct surveys with participants via phone, video calls, email, or online platforms. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is comfortable using computers, and can accurately collect and record information.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct surveys with customers or participants using virtual communication tools.
Ask survey questions clearly and professionally.
Record responses accurately in the survey system.
Maintain confidentiality of participant information.
Meet daily or weekly survey completion goals.
Report technical issues or participant concerns to supervisors.
Ensure data quality by reviewing completed surveys for accuracy.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency and internet navigation skills.
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Previous customer service, call center, or data entry experience is a plus.

Experience with online survey platforms or CRM software.
Time management and multitasking abilities.
Professional phone etiquette.
Work Environment
