We’re looking for a Back of House Supervisor who can keep operations tight, compliant, organized, and always moving forward. If you thrive behind the scenes, love structure, and take pride in accuracy, this role is where you’ll shine.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee onboarding tasks and ensure new hires are set up for BOH success.
- Prep tills daily and complete bank changes, reconciliations, and cash ledger entries.
- Receive Blueline orders and incoming inventory; verify manifests for accuracy.
- Upload manifests and ensure testing results are compliant and up to date.
- Complete distro validations and maintain clear, accurate product tracking.
- Monitor inventory levels, understand par levels, and control product movement.
- Ensure restocks are prioritized and completed efficiently to support retail needs.
- Run required reports for leadership and communicate inventory updates.
- Support payroll-related tasks and maintain accurate BOH documentation.
- Pull and review camera footage as needed for audits or investigations.
- Prep cassettes and assist with countouts as needed.
- Switch ATMs and assist with ATM-related tasks when necessary.
- Place supply orders, reorder glass/swag, and oversee Blue Line ordering.
- Support retail by knowing what product needs to go out and ensuring stock is ready.

- Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple moving parts.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to support wherever needed.
- Basic understanding of cannabis regulations, testing requirements, and manifests.
- Ability to operate POS systems, inventory software, and basic reporting tools.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead BOH processes.
- Comfort with cash-handling procedures and maintaining proper documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

A Few Things You’ll Need
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent) if required by your state.
- High School Diploma
