Precast Plant Operations Supervisor
Lead the Rhythm of a Busy Precast Plant
Picture the start of a crisp morning in Mesa, AZ: you open the day with a tailgate safety talk, align the crew on priorities, and walk the yard checking rigging, equipment, and today’s lift plan. As our Precast Plant Operations Supervisor, you orchestrate people, materials, and machines so every element leaves the plant safely, on time, and to spec.
What a Day Looks Like
- Kick off the shift with toolbox meetings and training moments that reinforce a safety-first culture.
- Coordinate crew assignments, material flow, and equipment readiness to keep production moving.
- Oversee crane activities, rigging, and load handling throughout the day to ensure controlled, efficient lifts.
- Keep a close eye on product quality; diagnose and resolve issues that emerge during forming, lifting, or handling.
- Stay in sync with project managers and stakeholders so schedules stay realistic and milestones are met.
- Capture accurate records: production counts, safety observations/incidents, and equipment maintenance logs.
What You Bring
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10) required .
- Valid Forklift License .
- Hands-on experience with crane operation, rigging, and load handling .
- Proven crew leadership—motivating, coaching, and holding teams to high standards.
- Clear communicator who collaborates well across roles.
- Sharp problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
- Background in precast concrete operations preferred.
