What You'll Do

• In-Home Assessments: Evaluate patients' needs and design individualized treatment approaches.

• Personalized Care Plans: Develop and implement therapies that target speech, language, and communication goals.

• Therapeutic Interventions: Guide progress using proven strategies and tools.

• Collaboration: Partner with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care.

• Documentation: Monitor and adjust treatment plans for the best possible outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA CCC-SLP required)

• Active Arizona SLP license and at least one year of clinical experience

• Strong communication and patient-centered care skills

• Current CPR certification

• Reliable, insured vehicle for home visits
