Permanent part time 15 to 20 hours plus per week. Excellent Computer Skills. $25.00 per hour plus.

75 year old polio disabled man needing some brief caregiving and computer work.

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and driven Personal Assistant. You will be responsible for scheduling meetings and travel arrangements, ensuring the patient arrives at each appointment on time, organizing files, typing out letters and other communication, running errands, and performing other tasks in and out of the office as necessary. Candidates must have at least two years of personal assistant experience, a flexible schedule, a vehicle, and be able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and respond to emails
• Plan and schedule meetings and events
• Make travel arrangements
• Take action points and write notes during meetings or calls
• Make copies, order lunch, and organize room to keep patient comfortable and focused
• Manage and review the filing and office systems
• Order office supplies and equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 years of professional personal assistant experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and common office equipment
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Tact and discretion when dealing with confidential information
• Attention to detail

Caregiver Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Caregiver to provide excellent care to our client. You will travel to the client’s home to provide personalized care. Job duties include assisting them with transfering, prepare meals, light housekeeping, and providing general companionship. Sometimes, you will also transport them to appointments and/ or travel with them to appointment. Our primary goal is to improve the daily lives of this patien.

Caregiver Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with a client whom is physically disabled or challenged physically
• Cooking, shopping, and assisting patient
• Picking up heavy objects and performing housekeeping tasks
• Remind client of appointments
• Transport client to appointments or outings

Caregiver Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience as a caregiver a plus
• Attend training and pass a standardized exam
• Knowledgeable in basic emergency and safety techniques
• Be in good physical condition
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule
