**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and/or responding to emergency situations as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within the commercial real estate location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to observe and report activities, helping to deter unauthorized behavior.
+ Monitor for potential security-related concerns and report any issues to the appropriate contacts.
+ Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned location to help to deter unwanted activity and provide assistance as required.
+ Complete necessary logs and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
